To one side of the bowl, the hallmarks are very clearly visible: Birmingham Assay office with a date mark for 1929 and Lion Passant indicating the finest sterling silver along with the maker''s mark for the Silver maker: A E Jones (Albert Edward Jones).
A stunning bowl, the high standards and originality of the arts and crafts movement are evident! and the bowl is in lovely antique collector''s condition. It feels a nice solid weight when held!
