Solid Silver Trinket Box 1929

1900 - 1920
Description

This superb SILVER TRINKET BOX was made by the well-known and sought after silversmith Henry Matthews in 1929.

Of plain oval form, this lovely Trinket Box is raised on four down swept cast feet and has a hinged lid. Inside, the original Blue lining is still in excellent condition.

In excellent condition with little sign of use or wear this superb Silver Trinket Box has no added inscriptions or initials and would look superb in any setting.

Condition:

Used / Excellent

There is no damage and no repairs.

Hinge pin slightly out – nothing much but mentioned for accuracy.

Dimensions:

Diameter – 3.5” (88mm) / Height – 2.0” (50mm)

Weight – 108gm / 3.49ozt (Includes liner)
