Fine single draw Coast Guard telescope by Cary London, circa 1910
 
Tapered stitched leather hide covered tube, nickel plated brass fittings.
 
The eyepiece with pivoted cover, the objective with screw fitted shade tube.
 
Fully dismantles for cleaning, clear bright optics throughout.
 
Length closed 28,3/4? or 730mm, weight 1502 grams
 
Objective diameter 2,1/4? or 56mm.
 
In good sound condition, typical rubs on the draw surface, rubs stains and small patch to the leather.
 
The five lens optical system in excellent condition giving a good, strong, crystal clear image.
 
About 20x magnification with a small field of vision.
