Description

Impressive C19th Ashford specimen marble low table; the octagonal Derbyshire top with an extensive array of rare marbles centred with a chess board of Carrara white marble and various specimens; surrounded by a segmented radiating design of 32 different specimens; having a Ashford black marble border, raised on excellent quality gilt brass custom made later stand with hexagonal supports united by a cross stretcher on turned tapering feet.
