Nicely figured mid 19th Century Italian Grand Tour neoclassical green Serpentine marble pedestal tazza. The oval turned bowl adorned with two handles modelled as lizards or possibly newts, after the antique. Well carved lobed body above a turned waisted socle sitting on a platform base. Italy, circa 1840.
