A Handsome George V Silver Mounted Pepper Grinder

1940 - 1960
Description

A fine George VI silver mounted pepper grinder. This attractive piece has a baluster shaped body of polished wood and silver banding. The top unscrews to facilitate re-filling with peppercorns, accessed by unscrewing the silver plated knop. A good example, both practical and decorative. Dimensions below.

Condition :- Excellent, with no splits or dents. There are a couple of blemishes to the silver banding, commensurate with age and use.

Hallmarks :- Fully marked, with matching part marks on all silver.
