A fine example of an early 18thc Brass Candlestick which stands on an attractive ''faceted'' base...it has two knops to the central stem and a deep socket....the stem has been cast in two parts and the seaming can be seen quite clearly, while the base is cast in one and has the attractive lathe marks clearly seen where the brasier has turned back the base....
