A Handsome George V Silver Meat Skewer

1900 - 1920
Description

A handsome silver meat skewer from the beginning of the 20th Century. This handsome example is of rapier form, with a circular holding grip to the top. The tapering shaft is gently beveled and the gauge of the silver is good. To one side M.T is engraved. A wonderful collector's item of silver dining ware, sometimes used as letter openers nowadays. Dimensions below.
