Antique Furniture Direct has dated this piece to the 1930s.
In beautifully figured walnut veneers with fancy metal handles and standing on ogee bracket feet. This piece would have originally begun life as a dressing table. The kneehole aperture is small (see dimensions), but big enough for a small/childs chair to fit under.
