A fabulous French Cast Bronze Paper Knife depicting a Jester holding a quill pen . Engraved on the back of the piece , in French are the words "Moliere Spakespeaee Hoffman"

We think this piece may have been made for a play write . This antique is in lovely condition - circa 1880
