Description

A Late 19th Century Mahogany Country House Post Box.

The box with a slope top, edged with a rounded mould, and set with a brass 'LETTERS' posting slot. The front, a door, set with an upper glazed panel for 'POST LEAVES' times, and a lower glazed window. The post box finished with an ogee and rounded mould base. Complete with lock and key.

Height 15 inches, 38cm.

Width 11 inches, 28cm.

Depth 8 inches, 20cm.
