THOMAS LAWSON AND SON OWNED TWO JEWELLERY SHOPS IN BRIGHTON. (OLD STEINE, BRIGHTON). THEY WERE A RENOWNED AND RESPECTED JEWELLER FROM MID 19th CENTURY AND CEASED TRADING IN THE 1930'S. THIS 12 INCH DIALLED, ENGLISH FUSEE WALL CLOCK IN RICH MAHOGANY KEEPS GOOD TIME AND IS IN VERY GOOD ORDER. AN EXCELLENT EXAMPLE OF THE VICTORIAN CLOCKMAKERS SKILLS IN BOTH THE TECHNICAL SENSE AND AESTHETICALLY.

COMPLETE WITH WINDER AND BOTTOM FLAP KEY.
