19th Century Welsh Oak Farmhouse Dresser

A well presented 19th century antique Welsh oak farmhouse dresser. The base consists of two blind panel cupboards and a central dog kennel with single drawer above. The top is a boarded back plate rack with moulded cornice. The former owner has written a brief history of the dresser to the underside of one of the drawers in Welsh.

CONDITION REPORT:

Our carpenter inspects, repairs and restores all our items, so you can have full confidence that what you buy from us is home ready!

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age and wear. There’s general surface wear throughout and evidence of historic worm in places (mainly to the drawer linings) this has been fully treated as a precaution. Two hooks to the plate rack are damaged/missing.
