Description

A lovely Victorian earthenware jelly mould dating to about 1870. It a very clear and well defined gothic geometric design in the interior, covered in a light beige glaze. The exterior has a deep green glaze and the shape is very slightly octagonal. The base bears an impressed mark 5 - presumably relating to its size. The condition is excellent, no damage, and it has a lovely tactile feel.
