Doulton Lambeth Majolica Garden Seat.

Description

This fabulous 19th century majolica conservatory seat by Doulton Lambeth which dates from c1875 has a pierced trefoil handle to the seat top, is decorated all over with raised faces, scrolls and shells and has a great colour combination of green, brown and ochre.

A wonderful antique garden seat that is very heavy is ideal for use in a conservatory but also looks great in the home.

Maker: Doulton Lambeth.

Material: Stoneware Pottery.

Marks: Unmarked.

Condition: Very good antique condition with some signs of use in keeping with age. A good solid piece with no cracks or bad damage. Some small chips and surface wear to high spots. Wear and scratches to top of seat.

Please note that only the seat is included and any other items in the pictures are for scale only.
