A late 19th century Scottish silver, montrose Agate & Citrine brooch of circular form set centrally with an round citrine within gadrooned and florally bright cut engraved borders, with compartments of this very rare montrose agate.
The synthetic central stone is a citrine – cairngorm faceted glass and is approximately 1.5 x 1.9 cm. please note the central stone is a Cairngorm-inspired (from a region in Scotland) center stone (it''s likely glass). This is presented in very well cherished condition with no faults.
