The Fancy Fox has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
A simple gilt decoration around the outside of the cup. Painted pattern number 558 in red to both pieces.

The cup measures 6.5cm (2 1/2") high, 10.5cm (4 1/8") rim to rim and 13cm (5 1/8") rim to handle. The saucer measures 14.8cm (5 7/8") wide and 2.8cm (1 1/8") high.
Condition is very good with no damage or restoration. Surface wear is very light, just a little rubbing to the gilt right in the centre of the saucer as is common.
