A carved pine and cream painted and parcel gilt table. The faux sienna marble top is original as is the finish throughout. The top is set into a bow-end and inverted breakfront outline. Applied carved wood embellishment to the front frieze. Cylindrical tapering legs joined by an X form stretcher. French c1860. Some slight differences in the surface paint but on the whole this table is in very good condition for a piece of original painted furniture of this period.
