Aramis Antiques has dated this piece to the 1900s.
The quality is superb, with a good gauge of silver, and clear hallmarks for London 1903 and maker Cohen & Charles.

The unusual feature of attaching the frame to the back with the tiny screws makes it a bit fiddly to disassemble and reassemble but it is do-able without much trouble and once assembled, the frame stands sturdily.
