Scottish George III Mahogany Corner Cabinet Circa 1775

Description

Superb quality Scottish George III mahogany hanging corner cabinet with geometric astrigal glazed door enclosing three fixed serpentine fronted shelves. Simple moulded cornice with boxwood dentils and frieze having stop flutes and turned boxwood roundels. Boxwood line inlay to door and side returns. Original painted pine back. All in fine un-touched original condition with no repairs. Great rich colour with fine waxed patina. Comes with key. A very fine example.

Size; 40" high, 19,5" from back corner to side.
