Description

Handsome mid 19th.c. mahogany chiffonier side cabinet c.1860. Serpentine shaped top with crossbanded edges over a long drawer and a two door cupboard fitted with a shelf and original (and potentially very useful!) lockable bottle drawer. Shaped drawer front and plinth, arched door panels with fielded and crossbanded edges. Flanked with a pair of beautifully carved pilasters with scroll and acanthus detail. Solid mahogany ground work to the doors, solid mahogany sides. Original flush fitting handle to the bottle drawer. Some old wear and repairs to the top, otherwise excellent condition and original colour, cleaned and polished in our workshops. Keys supplied.
