Antique French Ormolu And Faux Tortoiseshell Clock And Bracket

A fabulous french serpentine shaped, large red faux tortoiseshell and bracket, the movement backplate marked Vincenti. Late 19C. with eight day movement striking the hours and half hours on a gong. The case of three sections all having ormolu mounts and the top section with figural detail holding a bird. The brass dial with applied cartouche numerals, roman inner and Arabic outer. Fully serviced and guaranteed for 12 months. Approx size 90 cms incl bracket, the depth of which is 20 cms and 42 cms wide. All in exceptional condition.
