The set of four late 18th century gun metal candlesticks by William Harrison.
The vases resting on reeded band stems, the stems tapering to ringed and reeded socles, above the oval concave and spreading bases, finished with a reeded foot. The undersides with candle pushers, and each with the cast 'H' for William A Harrison, Birmingham. The foundry was in Park Street, Birmingham.
Height 9 1/4 inches, 23cm.
Width 4 3/4 inches, 12cm.
Depth 3 1/2 inches, 9cm.
Date circa 1790.
