Antique Burr Walnut Cabinet on Chest

1900 - 1920
Description

This antique walnut cabinet on chest is a really nice compact piece of furniture & has a terrific burr walnut grain pattern running all down the front section. Please enlarge all the images to appreciate the fine details. There is a small cupboard on the top & below that are six drawers all graduated in depth. The four bottom drawers have locks & all the brass handles are original. This piece sits on solid walnut feet with shell carvings. It has lovely slim proportions & is in excellent condition. It dates from the 1920’s period.
