A Late Victorian Period Rosewood Inlaid Triangular Occasional Table

Description

A Late Victorian Period rosewood inlaid triangular occasional table. Having a triangular top veneered in beautifully figured rosewood with three hinged flaps, each having exquisite marquetry inlaid detail in a variety of exotic woods. Standing on three shaped supports with fine marquetry and string inlaid detail with aesthetic style brass castors and a pierced fretwork galleried shelf. This is a known design by James Shoolbred & Co, Tottenham Court Road, London. English circa 1890

Dimensions: 30" diameter fully opened x 29" high (25" x 25" x 25" when closed)

Condition: This table is in superb condition
