French Louis Xv Style Petit Commode Circa 1870

Description

Attractive 19th century Louis XV style petit commode of bombe form fitted with three oak lined drawers and with rouge marble top and standing on tall cabriole legs. All veneered in kingwood with rosewood bandings and inlaid with flowers. Still retains all its original ormolu mounts and handles. All in fine original condition with just a couple of minor veneer repairs. No splits or cracks. Lovely honey colour with fine waxed patina.

Size; 35" high, 28.5" wide at back (widest) 14" deep.
