A Mahogany & Leather George III Style Gainsborough Armchair

Description

A mahogany & leather George III Style gainsborough armchair. Having a high back, open swept arms and a very generous sprung seat upholstered in a tan leather with brass close studded detail. Having a chamfered mahogany supports to the arms and standing on acanthus carved cabriole supports with claw and ball feet and swept rear supports with pad feet. This is a very faithful copy in quality, size and style of a George III Period chair. English circa 1900-1910

Dimensions: 45" high x 27" wide x 29" deep (seat Height 19")

Condition: This chair is in excellent original condition, cleaned and waxed
