Masons Antiques has dated this piece to the 1850s.
It is surrmounted with gilt adornments and stands on 4 shaped feet. There is a sunburst face to the top and acanthus scrolls to the sides of the dial.

The face of the clock is to behold being white enamelled, convex and arcaded with fine artwork. It is totally free of any cracks, chips or crazing. It has black Arabic numerals and beautifully cut gilded hands. It is surrounded by a faux diamond encrusted bezel, elevating the clock to a different level.

The 8 day, platform escapement movement has just been fully overhauled by our BHI registered staff and carries our usual 12mth parts and labour guarantee. It is clearly signed by the maker's name.
An absolute gem of a very rare clock.
