Antique Edwardian Silver Novelty Pin Cushion - Camel

This is a lovely example of Edwardian whimsy: an antique solid sterling silver pin cushion, modelled as a camel.
 
It is clearly hallmarked on the side for Birmingham 1906, with the maker''s mark of Saunders & Shepherd. The original pin cushion is worn and the silver body of the camel has two bruises, one on each side: he is priced accordingly. Nonetheless, he is charming and will make a wonderful addition to any collection.
