Gatsby Jewellery Ltd has dated this piece to the 1930s.
The centre stone is secured by four platinum claws with a surround of fourteen rose cut diamonds in platinum above a scalloped yellow gold gallery. Plain platinum shoulders lead to a slim, D-shaped yellow gold shank.

Accompanied by a sapphire report from The Gem & Pearl Laboratory stating the sapphire shows no indications of heating, and is Sri Lankan (Ceylon) in origin.
Cut – Cushion cut sapphire and rose cut diamonds.

Colour – The diamonds are G to H.
Clarity – The diamonds are VS. All the stones are clean to the naked eye.
Carat – The sapphire is approximately 2.50 carat with a total approximate diamond weight of 0.25 carat

Circa – 1930.
Size – N 1/2 (UK) or 6.75 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.
Measurements – The sapphire is approximately 10.8 x 6.8. The head of the 16.3 x 13.9 and sits 7.1mm from the finger.
Metal – 18k yellow gold and platinum. Tested.
