A Fine Quality Napoleon III Cylinder Bureau

Description

A fine quality Napoleon III cylinder bureau, in dense Cuban mahogany and extensively adorned with brass decoration. Raised on slim tapering legs above which is a single drawer, the cylinder opens to reveal an interior of small drawers and a slide out leather writing surface. The galleried, carrara marble top has a further two drawers beneath and the whole is in very good and original condition. 1050mm high, 660mm wide and 440mm deep. Circa 1860.
