Description

Antique yew wood & oyster veneer coffee table in good original condition & with loads of character. The top has a pie crust raised edge & there are many sections of oyster wood panels surrounded by yew wood cross banding. It sits on ‘X’ framed legs that have an oyster wood panels attached & there’s a nicely turned cross stretcher joining the legs. This coffee table is a decent size & has a wonderful old look. The oyster veneered sections on the top are the main feature, so please enlarge the images to see the amazing patterns in the wood. This table is Regency style & I would date it to around the 1920-30’s period. I’ve had this model once or twice in the past, but it is a very rare model these days. If you like your antiques looking new, then this is not for you.
