Here we have a rare set of four scratch built naive World War II plane models c1942. As you can see the planes have great colour and patina. These scratch built models are carved from wood with applied wood and metal components. The propellers move and the naive detail is lovely. It is rare that these survive as they were probably made for a child by a parent or grandparent. A great set for any collection. The largest is is approx 15 inches wide 9 long and 1.5 deep.
