Description

A George III style mahogany Gainsborough library or desk chair in antique hand dyed hide. The deep buttoned and shaped back joined to the open arms with leather elbow pads leading to the sprung seat and all having brass studded detail. The chair is supported on moulded Chippendale style front legs with out swept back legs and all joined with an “H” shaped stretcher. Dimensions:- Height... 38.75”/ 98cm. Width... 28”/ 71cm. Depth... 32”/ 81cm. Seat Height... 17”/ 43cm.
