A decorative 19th century carved wood torchere featuring putti seated under a tree trunk with branches birds and a nest,finished with a shaped dish top.Original paint and in good condition bar one or two small pieces off the ends of branches.Good size at 94cm tall,could alternatively be gilded.Possibly Continental, Circa 1840.
