Embossed Silver Jewellery Box – Edwardian 1907

Description

This superb SILVER JEWELLERY BOX was made by Charles Henry Dumenil in 1907.

Superbly decorated with Cherubs, Scrolls and Acanthus leaves, and with a central blank cartouche, this fabulous Jewellery Box has a hinged lid with push-button catch. Inside the box is lined with ebonised wood and divided into two compartments.

In very good condition, this beautiful Jewellery Box is ideal for storing your precious items and would look stunning in any setting.

Condition:

Used / Very Good

There are no repairs.

Some minor dinks to the silver on all sides – nothing much but mentioned for accuracy.

Dimensions:

Length – 4.25” (108mm) / Width – 3.0” (75mm) / Height – 1.25” (32mm)

Weight – 188gm / 6.05ozt (Note: Includes wooden interior)
