This 19th century Japanese Meiji period pottery Imari charger, painted with a central dragon flanked by panels depicting figures and exotic birds with gilded highlights. The plate measures 15 ¾ in - 40 cm in diameter and 2 in – 5 cm in height. This stunning charger would make a lovely accent piece to many different rooms in the home, in a wide range of settings.
