A romantic and charming antique photo frame by the famous silversmith William Comyns, which can be seen within the group of hallmarks together with the marks for London 1888.

The frame is also lucky enough to have a prestigious retailers mark " Thornhill & Co., Bond St. W ".

Inside the highly decorative sterling silver frame sits a wonderful and luxurious antique tortoise shell matting, the aperture beyond this is glazed to protect your cherished picture.

The solid Oak backing has been replaced so sturdy and ready for use. Excellent condition, measuring 4 3/4" tall x 4" Wide with an aperture measuring approx. 3" x 2 3/4".
