Description

A very versatile and attractive eight drawer collectors cabinet in solid mahogany circa 1880. Late of miss pascoe whose natural history collections are held at oxford university museum.

The drawers are in the form of long slides on bearer runners and are capable of holding quite long items if required, the internal length being just over 26 inches. A clear 1.5 inches of usuable depth between each drawer.

Very well made in highly figured honduras mahogany and with original lock and key.
