Description

A Fine quality burr walnut Victorian Period wellington chest. Having a rectangular top and edge veneered in beautifully figured burr walnut above an arrangement of five graduating mahogany lined drawers with beautifully turned knobs. The fronts are veneered in book matched burr walnut with carved corbels to the pilasters/ The left hand pilaster acting as the locking mechanism. Supported on a burr walnut veneered plinth with figured walnut sides. English circa 1880

Dimensions: 29" wide x 18" deep x 48" high

Condition: This wellington chest is in superb condition.
