A superb pair of early 19thc Georgian ''barrel'' or ''mallet'' type glass decanters for wine and port....they both have mushroom shaped stoppers cross cut with diamonds and mitre fluting....the body is the same with chiselled ring decoration to the shoulder and central cross cut diamond pattern to the centre finished off at the base with radiating mitre flutes....excellent condition from a private collection.
English. C1800-20.
