Description

Attractive watercolour titled May Isle (in Firth of Forth) by David Owen Martin (fl. 1884-1935). All in fine condition and recently re-mounted and framed. Artist was born in Glasgow and painted mainly coastal views in Kingdom of Fife often with boats included. Exhibited 33 works at Glasgow Inst. Fine Art, 6 at RSA and 4 at RSW. This is a very typical example of his work.

Size; 25" x 18" overall. Picture size 17" x 9.5"
