Description

A large handsome set for the desk-top, comprising of a large pair of paper scissors and a letter opener or paper knife. Both are beautifully decorated with exquisite brass handles.

The two pieces are cased in a handsome Burgundy coloured leather case with a brass tip.

Dating to around 1890, Victorian in era and remains in excellent condition (the scissors may require a sharpen if desired); the cased set measuring 11 1/2" in length.
