Description

This is a fine quality late 18th century carved oak grandfather clock by John Gladstone of Biggar , The clock has a wonderful brass dial with serpent spandrels it has an eight day movement thats strikes upon a bell on the hour with hour count ,it has been recently serviced and keeping good time .

The Trunk has wonderful crisp carved detail and is a great colour ,it remains in good condition with no woodworm .
