Description

Antique Victorian solid walnut pedestal desk with a gold tooled brown leather writing surface. This desk is very fine quality, with panelled polished backs & sitting on bracket feet. It separates into three sections for easy transportation. All the drawers are graduated in depth, have fine dovetails, original brass drop handles & locks. This desk didn’t come with a key, they rarely do, but we could get one or more cut if needed. The drawers have chamfered fronts & there is reeding down the desk front edges. I would date this desk to around the 1880 period.
