A Rare And Important Late 17th Century Miniature Table Cabinet Beautifully Veneered In Oysters Of Olive And Banded In Holly

The cabinet opens to an arrangement of drawers, a row of four, a bank of four and a long pen drawer, similarly veneered in oysters of olive. Rather cleverly the cabinet also hides a further three ‘secret’ drawers!
It should be noted that table cabinets such as this are extremely rare from the William and Mary period (1689-1702).
