This Antique oak cabriole leg dresser base was made in the late Georgian period circa 1820.

The dresser is made of oak with fruitwood cross banding and is fitted 3 drawers to the front with brass fretted swing handles. It stands on elegant cabriole legs with pointed toes to the front and the usual square section legs to the rear.

Originally this would have been made for an estate farm manager using material to from fallen timber on the estate.
