Large Art Deco Silver & Guilloche Enamel Dressing Table Jar by the Adie Brothers, Birmingham 1927

Description

This stunning Art Deco silver and vivid blue guilloche enamel jar is dated Birmingham 1927 and was made by the Adie Brothers. The exquisite guilloche enamel lid fitted on a clear crystal glass body incised with geometric patterns.

The base star incised

Hallmarks:

A Bros Ltd for the Adie Brothers.

Lion passant.

Birmingham Assay Mark.

Date letter "C" for 1927.

Condition:

Excellent.

Enamel lid in excellent condition.

Glass in perfect condition. No chips or cracks.

Dimensions:

Height: 9cm / 3.2 inches.

Diameter: 12cm / 4.6 inches.
