A Mahogany Inlaid Victorian Period Duet Stool

Description

A mahogany inlaid Victorian Period duet stool. A fine quality Late Victorian duet stool upholstered in Abraham Moon wool and having a hinged seat revealing a mahogany lined storage area for sheet music, that can now be used for magazines etc. Supported on four turned and inlaid column supports with a pierced fretwork panel united by two turned stretchers and with the original brass castors. English circa 1880

Dimensions: 33" wide x 17" deep x 20" high

Condition: This stool is in superb condition, newly re-upholstered using traditional methods in a Abraham Moon wool
