Victorian Silver Bookmark by Adie & Lovekin , Birmingham 1898

Description

This very pretty Victorian silver bookmark was made by the prolific silversmiths Adie and Lovekin amnd is dated Birmingham 1898. Of conventional trowel shape, with a decorative wrythen fluted handle.

Hallmarks:

A&L for Adie & Lovekin.

Birmingham Assay Mark.

Lion Passant.

Date letter "m" for 1911.

Condition:

Very good

Length: 7cm / 2.6 inches.
